I will be showing you how you can register paypal account.
Type in the URL : https://www.paypal.com/home
Click on "Sign up" button
Choose your country or region , then click on the "Get Started" button on the Personal Account
Fill up your personal particulars then click on the "Agree and Create Account" Button
Click on the "Continue" Button at "Pay with us Credit Debit Card" Column.
Fill up your Credit Card Details then click on "Continue"
When registration of Paypal Account is completed, you can sign in and you will be brought to your "My Account" page.
So, this is how you register for an PayPal Account. :-)
